ADMISSION INFORMATION

Welcome to Sukrabari A.K. High Madrasah (H.S), where we strive to provide a comprehensive and holistic education to our students. Our admission process is designed to be transparent and straightforward, ensuring that every deserving student gets an opportunity to be part of our learning community.

ADMISSION GUIDELINES & PROCEDURES

• Admission forms can be collected from the school office between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on all working days.
• Applicants are required to submit the completed admission form along with 2 passport-size photographs and copies of relevant documents (e.g., birth certificate, previous academic records).
• Entrance tests will be conducted for students seeking admission in higher classes (Class VI and above).
• Parents/Guardians must accompany their wards during the admission process.
• Selected students will be notified via a merit list displayed on the school notice board.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION

• Duly filled admission form.
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
• Transfer Certificate (for students seeking admission from other schools).
• Passport-size photographs (2 copies).
• Photocopies of previous academic records (if applicable).

ADMISSION FEES & CHARGES

• Admission Fee: ₹ 500.00
• Monthly Tuition Fee: ₹ 300.00 (Class I-V), ₹ 400.00 (Class VI-VIII), ₹ 500.00 (Class IX-X)
• Annual Development Fee: ₹ 200.00
• Laboratory Charges (for Science Stream): ₹ 300.00

IMPORTANT DATES

• Admission form availability: 1st April - 15th April
• Submission of admission forms: 1st April - 20th April
• Entrance test (if applicable): 25th April
• Merit list announcement: 30th April
• Admission finalization & fee payment: 1st May - 10th May
